Eleni Kavvada

The piece I am presenting is inspired by the heart and the continuous circulation of blood throughout the body—flowing outward to sustain every organ before returning to its source.

For me, this vital and perpetual movement becomes a metaphor for the energy we bring into the world. Kindness, generosity, creativity, dedication, and action begin within us, flow outward, and ultimately find their way back, reflecting the choices we make and the lives we lead.

Life itself is an ongoing exchange of giving and receiving. The energy we carry with us as we step into the world each morning is, I believe, the energy that eventually returns to us.

Intention, solidarity, and altruism circulate endlessly, much like blood through the human body. This piece is an invitation to consider not only what we put into the world, but also the quality of what we allow to flow through it.
