ELECTRONIC AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Subject Matter
The electronic auction concerns eighteen (18 + 1) dresses. The relevant information, photographs, and descriptions are provided by the Organization and are used by EVENTURE to list the lots on the platform.

2. Participant Registration
Participation requires registration on the platform, acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and, where required by the platform or the applicable legal framework, verification of the participant’s details and email address/telephone number.

3. Submission of Bids
Each bid must be submitted through the platform and in accordance with the starting price and bidding increments displayed for each lot. Once submitted, a bid shall be considered binding, subject to any rights and exceptions provided for by law and these Terms & Conditions.

4. Closing and Award
The auction for each lot closes on 9 October 2026 at 23:00. The highest valid bidder shall be declared the provisional/final successful bidder in accordance with the platform’s rules and shall receive the relevant notification.

5. Payment
The successful bidder must pay the purchase price in full within the deadline specified on the platform and/or in the award notification.

6. Non-Payment
In the event of non-payment or failure to complete the transaction, EVENTURE may cancel the award, request payment again within a reasonable period, or award the lot to the next valid bidder.
